Lake Ward Transition to ages 31-45 (Now renamed to Heritage Park Ward)

The Lake Ward has been asked to change the ages of its members to be from 31 to 45 to conform with new church policy. This change will take effect during the months of July and August. Bishop Gardner addressed the Lake Ward on July 14 about this change. His talk is here.

Featured Events for LDS Single Adults


45+ FHE (but all are welcome)

Home Evening Begins each Monday around 6:30  for set up in the Irvine Stake Center on Lake in Irvine, for Pot Luck and Socializing.  We then have lesson or activity at around  7:30 . Then dessert follows, with more social and clean up and off to home and bed for another day.  

October 7th.  Our activity will be the #2 DVD in the Work and the Glory series, a film made following the dynamic and popular book series written by Lund. Everyone was so impressed with the first one that we are following up with 2nd and 3rd.

October 14th.  Our activity will be the #3 DVD in the Work and the Glory series, a film made following the ever popular lds book series called the Work and the Glory.

October 21st.  Margo's lesson will begin at 7:30.  She is an amazing teacher.
 

October 28th.  Our Lesson will be presented by Diane Gutierrez. Trained in Color Analysis. Discover how you can dramatically enhance your best features by wearing the right colors for your skin tone. Learn how to use your color palette to choose the clothing, accessories, ties, and hair color that will create a polished, finished look so you can always look your personal best.  Find out what your power colors are, and how to use color to your benefit in your personal as well as your professional life. Diane received three years of training at Your Color Image Center in Monrovia, the first store in the San Gabriel valley to specialize in color analysis. Diane has helped hundreds of client's look and feel their best, providing color analysis using the "seasonal" concept of color, which is based on the science of color. She promised that the men will find this fun too!

We are not only looking for good lessons, that don't have to be gospel oriented but great events, ideas and activities that we can plan and enjoy. Mission Viejo Single Adult (31+) Gospel Study Series
WHEN: Every Thursday (starting June 6), 7:30 - 9:00 pm

The Mission Viejo Stake invites you to come join us every Thursday Night for an evening of spiritual learning with Dan Fuller, former member of the Rancho Santa Margarita Stake Presidency, instructing.

All singles ages 31 on up in South Orange County (Mission Viejo, Rancho Santa Margarita, Laguna Niguel, San Clemente, and Irvine Stakes)  and any other singles are more than welcome to attend. Spread the word and see you there.
